Highlights: A bacon table sauce with a massive, lingering blast of heat! Dark, earthy, somewhat sweet for a moment, followed by long & slow buildiung burn! Not insanely hot, but also not for someone who's a beginner to spicy foods.

LEVELS: (1~5)

  • Heat: 7+ Extremely Hot
  • Savory: 4
  • Sweet: 2+

Uses: Basically, it's culinary incendiary device. For people with a high tolerance for heat, it's good, bacony Nirvanna!

Ingredient overview: Same identical recipe as Porcus-Original Recipe, except with an exponentially larger amount of chile peppers. By chile peppers, we mean the planet's HOTTEST (Smokin' Ed's Carolina Reaper: the Guinness Book of World Records certified sort of hot). But, to stick with the system here and save you from reading that item description: Bacon, Ham, Tomato, Onion, a hint of apple cider vinegar, a fash of Garlic, and in this guy's case, a delicious but INTENSE bucket load of insanely hot hot peppers! Carolina Reaper mash is the #1 ingredient in this sauce ... one could almost say that it's Porcus flavored Reaper mash.

Notes: This sauce used to be sold under the name, "Porcus Tormentum," so feel free to look up the various product reviews and YouTube videos about this bad boy. This is now a co-branded product with the good folks at PuckerButt Pepper Company ... the demented folks who brought the Carolina Reaper. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BAD BOY!

  • Keeps and tastes best if refrigerated after opening. We do not use any artificial preservatives and rely solely on pasteurization and pH to create shelf stability.

  • We only do "returns" on products damaged in transit, not because it was "too hot." THIS SAUCE IS INSANELY HOT ... so much so that we feel it's pretty much only suitable for the culinary masochists of the world. Don't buy this unless you like insanely hot things and have experienced spicy foods at the uppermost level.
